About

We started our journey with dogs in 2001 and welcomed our first Bernese Mountain Dog, Storm, into our lives. And so the adventure began.

We moved to the Bobcaygeon area in 2004 and welcomed our next fur kid, “Jethro,” to keep our Storm company.

During that year, we looked at better ways to feed our kids and by 2005, we were raw-feeding our dogs.

Finding sources for this was often challenging, but over time, we made some great connections to purchase the meats our dogs thrived on. Skipping forward to 2012, after years of buying food to feed our dogs, we decided to make what we had sourced, available to others.

We installed industrial freezers and branded our products as K9Raw®
Thirteen years later, we have a terrific selection of raw food options for our clients, some of whom have been shopping here for the last 13 years.

K9Raw® has given us so much! It’s a joy to watch people experience the excitement of seeing their fur kids improve by feeding a balanced, nutritious, tasty diet.

We have had the pleasure of having Bernese Mountain Dogs in our life for the last 22 years and counting.

We are active in the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Canada rescue, helping to foster dogs in need. When they are welcomed into our home the first meal they receive is, yes, RAW. They love it!
